$250.00 10-40 Window

10-40 Window is the mission of Randy Balasky. Randy is studying Japanese, and hoping to have the opportunity to use his therapy skills by working with Dr. Andy Meeko. Dr. Meeko has a counseling center set up in Tokyo that focuses on helping desperate Japanese people prevail against the unfortunately acceptable practice of committing suicide when faced with public or familial shame. After two years in Tokyo, his plan is to return to Imari and work with Rev. Ackerman on starting a church plant about 30 minutes away from his current church. Randy would be the minister of this new church. The vision is that this church would serve as a multi-functional facility that would also be used as an English school, a missionary training facility, a community gathering place, and maybe even a Christian-based, American-themed coffee house.

They recently began a mobile pregnancy center that will travel through Putnam County and many of the surrounding counties in the Upper Cumberland to provide services where they are needed. This money provides support equivalent to one day each month of mobile services.
